HERE'S WHAT IT'S LIKE WHEN YOU VISIT LAKEWOOD FELLOWSHIP
Location & Environment
We gather for worship at 10 AM on Sunday mornings at THE WHITE ROCK YMCA IN DALLAS, TEXAS.
You’ll notice that people usually dress comfortably at Lakewood Fellowship, so feel free to wear what makes you most comfortable. Jeans and shorts are not out of place, nor is business or business casual attire. You can skip the coffee shop drive-thru; we have coffee for you upstairs in the welcome area.
The music is a mixture of modern songs and older hymns (sometimes with a modern arrangement), and the instrumentation includes acoustic guitar. The exegetical preaching is Bible-based, and our hope is that in worshipping together through song, word, and sacrament, we will be formed by God to live in devotion to Him and His mission.
Lakewood Kids
If you have children ages birth through 5th grade, feel free to check them in at Lakewood Kids. Here they’ll be supervised by caring, pre-screened adults as they enjoy playing together, learning Bible lessons and experiencing God’s great love for them.
